Giordano Law Offices PLLC, like many other similar firms, handles both hourly billable, fixed-fee and contingency-based cases. Most of our personal injury matters are entirely contingency-based. That means that we receive our fees as a percentage of the recovery only if we are successful along with recouping any expenses we advance, such as filing fees and other disbursements.
The essence of a satisfactory and productive attorney-client relationship is good communication, but if a client disagrees with the amount of our Office’s fees or expenses, or any other matter related to the Firm’s engagement, and an unresolvable dispute arises, the client may have the right, pursuant to Part 137 of the Rules of the Chief Administrator of the Courts of New York, at the client’s election, to seek arbitration, which would be binding upon both the client and our office. If such a rare dispute were to arise, we would participate in the court-mandated resolution procedure. Giordano Law Office accepts cash, credit cards, and checks.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about billing, or view our Contact Us Page.
